A 40 out of 50, that was a surprise we are so used to seeing 50 out of 50, there are 5 areas of the business graded out of 10, each one here received 8 out of 10. On the grading 5 is satisfied and 10 very satisfied so it is a reasonable score. The customer was very happy with their installation and that is the important thing.
